What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Please provide your order number # when sending an enquiry.
Is the candle range eco friendly?
Absolutely! Our soy wax blend is non-toxic and contain no GMO material or paraffin, alongside being sourced by the highest quality and trusted Australian supplier. All products sold are free from animal testing and are vegan.
Fragrances are composed of natural, naturally-derived, and synthetic ingredients. All fragrance materials have been studied by RIFM (Research Institute for Fragrance Materials) for safety, and IFRA (International Fragrance Association) has set forth a code of practices for use of the materials. This ensures that fragrances are safe for consumers.
When will I get my order?
Once our candles have finished curing after two weeks, they will be displayed on our website ready for sale. Once ordered, shipment will take 1-5 business days standard shipping and express postage 1-2 days. We offer pick up in Oakden, SA for local customers.
Where are your products manufactured?
We carefully select our Australian manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. We use 1-2 suppliers that are of the highest quality and standard wax, fragrance and vessels. We create our products in South Australia.
